Named Beach View Room and Sea View Rooms, these rooms do not come with modern amenities like air-condition or television. But there's ample ventilation, provided by the spacious windows and overhead fans. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a verandah under the same roof. Karikkathi Beach House in Kovalam Kerala also rents out a mini-cottage on request.
