Ethnic Textile Tour

Day 01: Arrive Kolkata

On arrival at Kolkata, you will be received and welcomed by a representative of Ethnic Textile Tour, who will transfer you to a pre-booked hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Kolkata

Take a full day city tour and visit the major attractions of Kolkata. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Kolkata - Bhubneshwar

Transfer to airport in the morning to catch flight to Bhubneshwar. Upon arrival, check into a hotel and stay overnight.

Day 04: Bhubneshwar - Sambhalpur

Start your day with a sumptuous breakfast and start your journey towards Sambhalpur with packed lunch. En route visit the handloom weavers village at Nuapatna. On arrival, check into a hotel, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 05: Sambhalpur - Boudh

Visit some handloom weaver's village. Have lunch at Sonepur or Bolangir. Proceed to Boudh in the afternoon and check into a hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 06: Boudh - BissamCuttack

Proceed to BissamCuttack after breakfast. En route visit Phulbani and Kutia Kondh villages. Dinner and overnight stay at BissamCuttack.

Day 07: BissamCuttack - Jeypore

Start the morning early in the morning and visit one of the Dongeria Kondh Villages. Visit the traditional weekly market of the tribal there. Later, have breakfast and proceed towards Jeypore. En route have lunch at Koraput. Check in to a hotel at Jeypore for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08: Jeypore

Have breakfast early in the morning at Lamtaput and visit the Thursday weekly market at Onkadeli. Then visit a Gabada village and enjoy their dance. Have lunch at Lamtaput and than visit a Paraja village. Dinner and night stay at Lamtaput or Jeypore.

Day 09: Jeypore - Malkangiri

Visit another Friday weekly market at Mathili in the morning frequented by Bondas. Have lunch at Malkangiria and proceed to Iralgundi. Explore the village and witness their traditional dance. Overnight stay at Malkangiri.

Day 10: Malkangiri - Rayaqada

Drive to Mudulipada in the morning and explore the village and return back to Khairput for lunch. Than proceed to Rayagada for dinner and night stay.

Day 11: Rayaqada - Taptapani

Start early with a breakfast and proceed to Rejingtal. Visit the Langia Soura village and witness their colorful war dance. Dinner and overnight stay at Taptapani.

Day 12: Taptapani - Bhubneshwar

In the morning move to Barkul on Chilka Lake and visit Kalijai temple by boat. Have your lunch at Barkul and continue journey towards Bhubneshwar. Check into a hotel upon arrival and stay overnight.

Day 13: Bhubneshwar - Kolkata

In the morning, take a half-day city tour and after lunch transfer to airport to catch flight to Kolkata. On arrival, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14: Kolkata - Depurture

Transfer to airport to catch flight back home.
