   1. Benign intracranial tumours (acustic neuromas, schwannomas, small meningiomas, parasagittal meningiomas, pituitary tumour, AVMs).
  
							2. Solitary (or <3) brain metastasis.
  
							3. Solitary (or <3) lung metastasis.
  
							4. Solitary (or <3) liver metastasis.
  
							5. Small primary lung cancer patient with/without mediastinal nodal disease.
  
							6. Localized prostate cancer.
  
							7. Inoperable pancreatic cancer.
  
							8. Localized inoperable gall bladder cancer.
  
							9. Recurrent head and neck cancer.
  
							10. Residual disease/ boost treatment in nasopharynx/PNS region / head & neck cancer.
  
							11. Solitary bone metastasis. 
  
							12. High grade gliomas after recurrence (Hypofractionated RT with minimal PTV margin).
  
							13. Pelvic, abdominal post-treatment residual disease.
  
							14. Post chemotherapy/ radiation therapy residual disease in lymphoma.
