On reaching Cochin, you will be welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to a hotel. Relax for the rest of the day. In the evening, you have the option to choose between a sunset backwater cruise or enjoy a colorful Kathakali dance recital. You can even choose to relax. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Cochin - Thekkady (160 km- 5 hrs)
Start your day with a guided tour of Cochin covering attractions like Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing nets etc. Post lunch proceed to Periyar / Thekkady and check in at the Hotel/Resort. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 03: Thekkady
After an early morning breakfast set out on a boat cruise on Lake Periyar. Spot the various wild animals in their natural habitat. Have lunch at the resort and embark on an exotic spice plantation experience. Stay overnight at Thekkady.
Day 04: Thekkady - Kumarakom (130 Km-4 hrs)
Have a hearty breakfast and drive towards Kumarakom. Check-in at a Hotel/Resort on the banks of Lake Vembanad. Spend the entire day at leisure and pamper yourself with an Ayurvedic Massage. Overnight at Kumarakom.
Day 05: Kumarakom Houseboat
Check in to a houseboat early in the morning and set sail on the sparkling Kumarakom backwaters amidst natural sounds. Stay overnight in the houseboat at Alleppey.
Day 06: Alleppey - Kovalam (180 Km-5 hrs)
Drive to Kovalam and check in at a hotel on arrival. Relax in the beaches of Kovalam for the rest of the day. Stay overnight at the hotel in Kovalam.
Day 07: Kovalam
Enjoy an excursion to Trivandrum and drive back to Kovalam later in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08: Departure Trivandrum (30 kms-1 hrs)
Depart as per schedule to the Airport/ Railway station at Trivandrum for your onward journey.
