Backwater and Beach Delight

Day 1: Arrival Cochin (40 Km-1hr)

On arrival at the international Airport or Railway station in Trivandrum, you will be met by an India Profile representative who will facilitate your transfer to a pre-booked hotel in Cochin. Spend the remaining part of the day at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the same hotel in Cochin.

Day 2: Cochin

Savor a sumptuous breakfast before going across the Cochin Harbour to Fort Cochin. Visit many interesting sites like the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing nets. Visit the local markets of Cochin in the evening to indulge in a memorable shopping spree. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Cochin - Alleppey (Houseboat) (180 Km-5 hrs)

As part of the Backwater and Beach Delight Tour, drive to Alleppey after breakfast. On arrival in Alleppey, board a houseboat that will take you through the sleepy backwaters of Kerala. Pass by charming villages, lush green paddy fields and other scenic delights as you spend a full day on board the houseboat. Stay overnight in your houseboat besides enjoying the best of traditional food.

Day 4: Alleppey - Kovalam (180 km-5hrs)

Disembark from your houseboat and proceed towards Kovalam. Check-in at a pre-booked hotel on arrival in Kovalam. Spend the remaining part of the day on the Kovalam Beach. Stay overnight at your hotel in Kovalam.

Day 5: Kovalam - Trivandrum

Drive to Trivandrum on the fifth day of your tour to Kerala with India Profile. On arrival in Trivandrum / Thiruvananthapuram enjoy a sightseeing tour around the city. Visit the Museum Complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science and Technology Museum, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Check into a hotel for an overnight stay in Trivandrum.

Day 6: Trivandrum Departure (30 km-1 hrs)

On the final day of the Backwater and Beach Delight tour, our representative will drop you at the Airport / Railway station as per schedule. Return with wonderful memories of your tour to Kerala.
