Destinations: Leh - Lamayuru - Ulleytokpo - Alchi - Khardongla - Leh
Duration: 5 NIGHTS/ 6 DAYS
Day 1 : Arrive - Leh
Feel the cool breeze as you arrive at Kushok Bakula Airport Leh. A warm welcome
awaits you on arrival and then transfer to hotel. Fullday rest to acclimatize
yourself. Evening go for a brisk walk to stretch your body.
Day 2 : Leh - Lamayuru - Ulleytokpo
After breakfast proceed to visit Lamayuru 125 kms. Enroute visit Basgo Castle. Later
checkin at Ulley Resort, lunch and afternoon excursion to visit Lamayuru monastery
and the lunar like landscapes. Overnight at Ulleytokpo or at Alchi.
Day 3 : Ulley - Alchi - Leh :
After breakfast drive back to Leh enroute visit
Rizong Nunnery, Indus & Zanskar river Sangam and Hall of Fame. Lunch in Leh.
Afternoon free , around 4:00 pm visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Overnight at the
hotel.
Day 4: Leh - Khardongla Pass - Leh
Drive on the Nubra Valley highway to reach Khardongla pass 39 kms from Leh at 18380
ft. Visit the world highest motorable pass . Back to Leh by lunch time. Afternoon
visit the tiny local shops in Moti market and nowshare bazaars. Overnight at the
Hotel.
Day 5 : Leh - Pangong Lake & Back
Early morning around 6:30 am, proceed for fullday excursion to Pangong Lake which
is one of the most amazing Lakes in Ladakh. Lunch at a Camp. Visit the great blue
Lake and back to Leh by 5-6:00 pm. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Leh - Departure
Early morning transfer to airport at around 6:00 am, to board flight for onward
destination.
