  • Day 01: Arrive Mumbai

    On this tour our first destination would be Mumbai, the commercial capital of India. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, take a tour of the city. Visit Kamla Nehru Park and Hanging Gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar Hill, offering a panoramic view of Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Gateway of India and drive through the Crawford market, Marine Drive & Flora Fountain. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 02: Mumbai - Aurangabad

    In the morning you will be transferred to the airport to catch a flight to Aurangabad . Arrive Aurangabad and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day for your own leisure activities. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 03: Aurangabad

    Spend the day exploring the Ajanta Caves. These rock caves are adorned with Buddhist sculpture and frescoes that date back to the 2nd century B.C. The most remarkable among them is the Kailash Temple, meant to be a replica of Lord Shiva's celestial abode. Kailash is the best example of rock cut architecture and an engineering marvel. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 04: Aurangabad - Hyderabad

    Charminar, Hyderabad Morning tour of Ellora Caves situated at a distance of about 29 kms. These are 34 rock cut shrines representing Buddhist, Hindu & Jain art dating from the 4th to 9th century A.D. Check-out at 1200 hrs and transfer to railway station for Hyderabad night train. Overnight on board.

    Day 05: Arrive Hyderabad

    In the morning arrive at Hyderabad & transfer to hotel. Take a city tour, where you can visit the Char Minar, Salarjung Museum and spend some time shopping at the bazaars. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 06: Hyderabad

    Take a tour of Golconda & nearby places. Golconda, once famed for its diamond mines is the site of a strategic fort dating back to the 13th century. This invincible fort has an extraordinary acoustical system & massive battlements. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 07: Hyderabad - Chennai

    Morning transfer to airport to catch a flight for Chennai. Arrive & transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Museum, to see the Art and Bronze Gallery. Take a drive through the flower and fruit market and visit the other tourist places including the High Court Fort Museum, Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral and Snake Park. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 08: Chennai

    Travel to Chennai Full day tour of Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram. Visit Kanchipuram situated at a distance of about 75 km southwest of Chennai.The temple city of Kanchipuram is one of the most sacred Hindu pilgrimage sites in India and the seat of the Shankaracharya. It is also famed for its hand woven cottons & Kanjivaram silk.

    On this tour you can visit Mahabalipuram, famous for its shore temples. The city was the main port of the Pallava Dynasty and has exquisite rock cut monuments, monolithic structures and base reliefs. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 09: Chennai - Mysore

    Morning transfer to railway station to catch a train to Mysore. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

    Day 10: Mysore

    Enjoy a full day excursion of Belur and Halebid. Visit the Chenna Kesava Temple at Belur built 900 yrs ago, an exquisite example of Hoysala art. Halebid's 12th century Hoysaleswara & Kedareswara temples are masterpieces of Hindu art. On the return to Mysore, visit Shravanbelgola the 1000 year old colossus 17-mtr high monolithic statue of Gomteshwara the famous Jain saint, attracts pilgrims from all over India. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 11: Mysore

    Bull Temple, Bangalore Morning tour of Mysore. Visit the Maharaja Palace, the Art Gallery and drive up to Chamundi Hill to see the Chamundeshwari Temple and a panoramic view of Mysore. On the way back see the Nandi Bull. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 12: Mysore - Bangalore

    Morning proceed to Bangalore by road. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 13: Bangalore - Mumbai

    Morning transfer to airport for Mumbai flight. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 14: Mumbai

    Morning transfer to airport for return flight.
