The largest Mosque in India, built with a high precision and technique, by Shah Jahan in 1656, covers an area of 261ft x 90ft. It is also known as Masjid-i-Jahan-Numa, meaning the Mosque commanding a view of the world. Apart from all these, there is the Humayun's Tomb, put up by his wife, Haji Begam. It has been constructed with red and white sand stone and black and yellow marble stone.
Jantar Mantar is actually an observatory; from here one can calculate the precise astronomical whereabouts.
