Tea Country

Day 01: Dibrugarh
After you arrive, go to the hotel and stay in the bungalow in Dibrugarh.

Day 02: Dibrugarh
In the morning, go for trips to the lush green tea plantations. Have breakfast and get to know about the various techniques of tea farming. Relax for the afternoon in the bungalow and stay for the night.

Day 03: Dibrugarh - Digboi
After having breakfast, go to Digboi where the oldest operating machinery oil refinery is located. It is called "the oil-city of Assam". Stay overnight at the guest house.

Day 04: Digboi
Go to the oil field after you have breakfast. Go to the local attractions in the evening. Stay for the night.

Day 05: Digboi - Jorhat
Drive to Jorhat in the morning. Transfer to the hotel after you reach. Relax for some time and go to the tribal villages to get a feel of their lifestyle.

Day 06: Kaziranga
Go to the Toklai Research Station after you have breakfast. Have lunch at Jorhat and later make trips to Kaziranga which is around 90 kms away. See the famous one horned rhino. Stay for the night at the lodge.

Day 07: Kaziranga
At dawn, go for elephant safari trips to the Kaziranga National park. See the wildlife surroundings and diverse species of animals. Have lunch and go to the central area. Rest for the day and the night at the tourist lodge.

Day 08: Kaziranga
Go to the tea estate and the tribal villages. Again go for jeep safari trips to the eastern ranges of the forest. Stay at the lodge for the night.

Day 09: Kaziranga - Guwahati
Go to Guwahati from Kaziranga. Check into the hotel and see the Basista Ashram in the afternoon. Make a sailing trip on the river Brahmaputra. Stay for the night at the hotel.

Day 10: Departure from Guwahati
Transfer to the Guwahati airport and take the onward flight.
