Goa is easily accessible and one of the favorite destinations
of India. Every year Goa receives thousands of visitors from

a week from Tokyo. Air India, on the other hand, operates 6
flights every week from Japan to India. 4 flights originate
from Tokyo and 2 flights from Osaka. Air India is connected
to Osaka, another city in Japan with B707 aircraft. Air India
operates three flights a week between Osaka (KIX) and Mumbai
with A310, via Hong Kong and Delhi.
Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai and Indira
Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi serve as the stopovers
for international flights from Tokyo. Tourists can proceed to
Goa from these destinations by connecting flights from Mumbai
and Delhi respectively.
The Goa Airport is located at Dabolim that lies around 30 km
from the capital city Panaji and serves as the main gateway
to the city. There are a number of direct flights from many
cities in India that fly daily to Goa. The major ones among
them being Indian Airlines, Spice Jet, Kingfisher, Jet Airways,
Sahara Airlines and Air India.
