Built in white marble Chhatarpur Mandir showcases intricate designs and elaborate craftsmanship. The temple displays archetypal south Indian style of architecture with well manicured gardens.

Chhatarpur Mandir is devoted to Goddess Durga. Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha and Lord Rama are other deities of the temple.

The temple is lit up and elaborately decorated during the time of Navratri. Devotees from all over come to visit Chhatarpur Mandir.

The tree inside the temple complex is interesting as devotees tie colorful threads and bangles as they believe that by doing so their wishes will come true.
