Immediately after breakfast we will set out for Trichy. We will visit Srirangam, the island on the Cauvery River. The Sriranganathaswamy Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and enclosed by seven walls is its chief attraction. After the visit we will return to the hotel and spend the night in the hotel.
Day 3: Sight Seeing of Trichy, Arrival in Tanjore
The day begins with a sight seeing tour of the city of Trichy. The famous Rock Fort Temple is included in the visit. After lunch, we start for Tanjore. After our arrival at Tanjore, we will be checking in to the hotel to rest for the night.
Day 4: Sight Seeing of Tanjore, Arrival in Madurai
Immediately after breakfast we will set out for a sight seeing tour of the city of Tanjore. You will witness one of the tallest temples in the world and an architectural marvel - the Brihadesvara Temple. The Art Museum is another interesting place that is covered in the trip. Towards afternoon, we will start our journey towards Madurai. After reaching Madurai, you will be taken to the hotel. You can then relax to get over your tiredness.
Day 5: Sight seeing of Madurai, Departure for Chennai
In the morning you will go to visit the magnificent Meenakshi Temple which reflects the heights achieved by our craftsmen in the field of architecture. Then it will be time to leave for the airport so that you can board the flight for Chennai. After you arrive in Chennai, you will be transferred to the Chennai International Airport from the Domestic Airport so that you can board the flight back home.
