MIDC plans to acquire 397.52 Hects.Meanwhile it has already acquired 25 Hects. of Government land and Notification U/s. 32 (II) has been received claims and objections from landholders. He is processing the papers and submit the same to State Government (Through R.O., MIDC,Nagpur and Chief Executive Officer,MIDC, H.O., Mumbai) for the issue of Notification U/S. 32 (I). According to R.O., MIDC Nagpur by end of October 1990, Deoli land may come in possession of MIDC.
