Dining options at Amarvilas include Bellevue, the all-day restaurant; Esphahan, serving
speciality Indian cuisine; a lobby bar; the tea lounge and pool snack bar. In-room dining
is available round the clock. Bellevue offers a whole variety of Asian and Mediterranean
cuisine and beverages. Esphahan is open only for dinner, and offers speciality Indian
cuisine, with a display kitchen and a live classical music every night. The lobby bar,
with its exquisite interiors and warm service, offers a wide variety of beverages, wines
and liquors as well as cigars. The lobby lounge has a splendid view of the Taj Mahal and
serves fine teas, coffees, pastries and afternoon snacks.
Bellevue: This multi-cuisine restaurant has a strong Mediterranean and Asian
presence on its menu. Options range from a wide variety of soups and salads to grilled
meats, pastas and delectable desserts.
Esphahan: The Indian Restaurant: The rich ambience of this restaurant crafted in
red sandstone and Greek Thassos marble, recreates the vibrant heritage and exquisite
craftsmanship of the Mughal era. The cuisine is both authentic and wide in its variety,
tempting even the most fastidious gourmet.
Bar: The only Bar in the world, which has a direct and uninterrupted view of the
splendid Taj Mahal, where the ambience takes you, back in time to the grandeur of the
Mughal reign. Here you can experience the ultimate in luxury with the finest of the
world's beverages, from champagne and sparkling wines to the best Scotch and Malts,
accompanied by special cigars and tobacco.
Lounge: The perfect place to rejuvenate in luxurious comfort. The lounge serves
some of the best teas and coffees in the world, along with homemade pastries and cookies
baked by the master chefs. The lounge also offers excellent views of the Taj Mahal.
Verandah: Located at the lobby level with a wonderful view of Taj Mahal and the
resort's pool, the verandah connects the main Bar and lobby lounge and is the perfect
place from which to view the sun set over the Taj.
